Arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If the patient is under the age of 18, a parent needs to accompany them to their appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 813-567-5679. We require 48 advanced notice for canceling appointments and we charge no-show fees for missed appointments. Additionally, we charge a deposit for new patient appointments.
